The speculative office fit-out was designed and built to attract potential tenants. This “Urban Coastal” workspace was defined by implementing a bright colour palette along with natural looking finishes (including our concrete vinyl floors) to achieve a soft and appealing look, maximizing the all-natural light the suite had to offer!
