Description
Solvent-free, very low emission, two-component, polyurethane resin adhesive for the installation of LVT, PVC coverings in highstress and high temperature areas, rubber coverings, outdoor and other hard to adhere coverings. Okamul PU has superior bonding properties. Humidity and weather resistant after it has fully hardened

Storage Store in dry area for up to 12 months in unopened container.
Preferred storage temperature: +10°C to +20°C.Please note EC safety data sheet.* At +20 °C and 65% relative humidity. Higher temperature and low humidity decreases, lower temperature and high humidity increases this value respectively.
- Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be dry, clean and sound. Mechanically remove any oil based or loose products. The existing substrates be prepared as per AS1884 and meet the requirements for moisture control and Planeness, Smoothness and Abrupt Surface Deviation. Levelling compounds may be part of the solution to achieve these requirements. When in doubt contact Polyflor Technical Department on 1800 777 425.
- Processing
Prime absorbent, porous and dusty substrates with Okapox GF. Level uneven areas with Servoplan leveling compounds. Use Servoplan S 111 leveling compound for industrial (fork lift traffic) areas. The substrate must comply with the national requirements relevant to country for installation. The surface substrate must be sound and clean. Remove dirt, paint, oil, grease wax or any other contamination which might act as a bondbreaker. Mix with spiral mixer on a mechanical mixer or drill. Transfer to new clean bucket and mix again. Trowel using a U1 trowel for resilient flooring and V1 for felt backed flooring. Clean up unreacted adhesive on mixer and trowels with Kiesel Bakit RT Cleaning Wipes.
