Description
Cement based, very low emission ramping and patching compound with high polymer content for leveling steps, pedestals, holes and cracks and larger uneven areas of any thickness in screed, raw concrete floors and foundations. Do not use Servoplan Ki 300 as final floor covering.

* At +20 °C and 65 % relative humidity. Higher temperature and low humidity decreases and lower temperature and high humidity increases this value respectively.
- Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be dry, clean and sound. Mechanically remove any oil based or loose products. The existing substrates be prepared as per AS1884 and meet the requirements for moisture control and Planeness, Smoothness and Abrupt Surface Deviation. Levelling compounds may be part of the solution to achieve these requirements. When in doubt contact Polyflor Technical Department on 1800 777 425.
- Processing
Use clean water to mix Servoplan Ki 300 smoothly with an electric mixer at approx. 600 RPM. Apply with leveling trowel. Cut edges after approx. 20 - 30 min. or smoothen with moist leveling trowel if neccessary. Avoid direct sun exposure and draught during the curing process. A test in a small area prior to application is recommended.
