The design intent for this project was to create an interior that was in harmony with the external aspects of the site and to enhance the overall biophilia of the space. The office is located just above street level and has an outlook of the tree tops of the streetscape. We achieved a further connection to nature by introducing additional greenery in plants and in colour choices such as greens but also peaches and pinks of sunset skies. The use of timber elements was also key in order to create warmth in an otherwise industrial and edgy space.

The team at Klook, a provider of travel tours around the world, recently benefited from a new office fit-out to bring the workplace aesthetic in line with the high quality of services and experiences offered to customers. Polyflor’s Forest FX range, a wood effect vinyl sheet which represents the beauty and sophistication of natural wood, was selected for a premium aesthetic while Silentflor was installed in Burnt Orange to match the wider design scheme and minimise echoes and vibrations in busy communal spaces.

A new fitout, relocation & rebrand for Coastal Law & Conveyancing. An expansion of the company with a strong masculine aesthetic, yet still communicating an organic coastal feel to the interior of the building.

The design brief was to create a calm and serene environment that had a coastal and scandi aesthetic. We wanted to create a space that was soothing and that would provide solace to the staff as they returned back to the office after working from home during lockdown.

The speculative office fit-out was designed and built to attract potential tenants. This “Urban Coastal” workspace was defined by implementing a bright colour palette along with natural looking finishes (including our concrete vinyl floors) to achieve a soft and appealing look, maximising the all-natural light the suite had to offer!
