Servofix F 210
Description
Cement bonded, acrylic polymer enhanced, fast drying, self curing, self-leveling compound for leveling subfloors up to 30 mm thickness in one pour for use over uneven surfaces such as concrete, cement screeds, heated floors and ceramic tiles. Servofix F 210 can also be reinforced by adding Kiesel Silica Reinforcing Fibres, for use in particular on wooden floors and old parquet floors (previously sanded and screwed back).

- Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be dry, clean and sound. Mechanically remove any oil based or loose products. The existing substrates be prepared as per AS1884 and meet the requirements for moisture control and Planeness, Smoothness and Abrupt Surface Deviation. Levelling compounds may be part of the solution to achieve these requirements. When in doubt contact Polyflor Technical Department on 1800 777 425.
- Processing
Mix a 25 kg bag of Servofix F 210 with approx. 5.0 l of clean water using a mixer (max. 600 rpm) to obtain a homogeneous, lump-free mixture. After a maturation time of approx. 5 minutes, mix again. You then have 20 minutes to apply the product with a smoothing trowel. During drying, avoid exposure to sunlight and drafts. If in doubt, carry out a preliminary test.
Pumping:
In the event of a work interruption, the machines and flexible pipes must be cleaned without fail.
