Great commercial interiors need flooring that can do more than look good. It needs to withstand everyday traffic, be easy to maintain and deliver reliable performance over the long term.

Expona Superplank combines the authentic appearance of natural timber with the practical performance of Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), giving architects and designers a flooring solution that balances design flexibility with the demands of commercial environments. The refreshed collection features 18 designs, including nine new additions and nine retained favourites, offering a versatile selection of timber-inspired and contemporary abstract aesthetics.

Designed for Demanding Interiors

Expona Superplank is engineered to provide the durability required for busy commercial spaces. With a 2mm overall gauge and premium 0.55mm wear layer, the collection is designed to withstand everyday commercial use while maintaining the appearance of the floor.

Every design achieves R10 slip resistance, providing added confidence in areas where underfoot safety is an important consideration.

The Look of Timber Without the Maintenance

Expona Superplank captures the natural character of timber while offering the practical advantages of LVT. The Wood Collection features carefully reproduced grain details, knots and natural pattern variation, creating a realistic timber aesthetic without the maintenance considerations associated with natural timber.

The PUR reinforcement helps support a straightforward cleaning and maintenance regime, with regular sweeping or vacuuming and cleaning with a neutral solution helping to maintain the floor’s appearance.

For busy commercial interiors, this combination of authentic design and easy care can help reduce the time and effort required to keep flooring looking its best.

Greater Design Flexibility

The refreshed collection gives designers greater freedom to create distinctive flooring schemes. The nine new designs include five timber-inspired options. Riverland Gum, Meadow Elm, Astor Oak, Bondi Oak and Le Chene Oak, alongside four contemporary abstract designs, Metro, Skyfall, Forest and Cinnabar.

From natural timber aesthetics to more expressive contemporary designs, the collection can complement a range of interior styles. The plank format also provides flexibility in how designs are installed. Individual designs can be used independently or combined to create tailored floor patterns, define zones or introduce visual contrast.

Built for Long-Term Performance

Expona Superplank is designed to deliver performance throughout the life of the floor, combining a durable construction with a protective PUR finish and embossed wear layer. It also supports more sustainable specification. The collection contains up to 40% recycled material and is 100% recyclable through the Resiloop Recycling Scheme. It has achieved Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort Gold certification, and an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is available for the collection.

For designers and specifiers, this provides a flooring solution that considers not only how an interior looks on completion, but how it performs and is maintained over time.

A Smarter Alternative to Other Flooring

Expona Superplank brings together the visual appeal of timber with the durability, maintenance benefits and design flexibility of LVT. With 18 designs, R10 slip resistance, a 0.55mm wear layer and PUR protection, it is designed to meet the practical demands of commercial interiors without compromising on aesthetics.

From authentic timber designs such as Riverland Gum and Bondi Oak to the contemporary character of Metro, Skyfall and Cinnabar, the refreshed Expona Superplank collection gives designers more ways to create distinctive spaces that are built to perform.

Seamless Transitions Between Flooring Zones

With a 2mm overall gauge, Expona Superplank can be installed alongside Polyflor’s 2mm sheet flooring, helping designers achieve more cohesive transitions between different flooring areas. This makes it possible to combine the visual impact of plank flooring with the practical benefits of sheet vinyl within the same interior, while maintaining a consistent floor level.
