Creating a healthcare space that feels both professional and personal was central to the fit-out of Dr Erlich Sem’s specialist clinic in Southport. Focused on gynaecology, fertility, and robotic surgery, the practice required an interior that balanced clinical precision with warmth and sensitivity.
MiPlank in Sun Bleached Ash was selected to help achieve this vision, bringing soft, natural tones and a timber-look aesthetic that supports a calming, welcoming atmosphere. The flooring runs seamlessly through the reception, waiting area and into private consultation rooms, ensuring consistency in design and a smooth transition for patients.
The soft texture and tonal warmth of MiPlank complement the thoughtfully curated palette and furnishings, reinforcing the clinic’s focus on comfort, trust, and wellbeing. Beyond aesthetics, MiPlank also delivers durability and easy maintenance, essential qualities for a busy healthcare environment.
