Located on Melbourne’s Latrobe Street, Wooss Dessert Café is a tranquil escape in the heart of the city, where design, culture, and indulgence come together. Designed by AXE Architects in collaboration with Triad Advisory, the café’s interior concept masterfully blends cultural storytelling with a modern, nature-inspired aesthetic.

Biophilic elements, curved timber forms, and earthy textures shape the space, creating a calm, organic environment for guests to unwind. To complement this vision, Polysafe Stone PUR was chosen in two shades. Clay Stone and Flagstone Grey, provide a soft concrete-look finish that enhances the warm, natural ambience.

Polysafe Stone delivers more than just style. With excellent slip resistance and durable performance, it’s perfectly suited for high-traffic commercial settings like hospitality and retail, supporting both aesthetic and functional needs. From the gentle curves of the cabinetry to the textured finishes and grounded palette, every detail at Wooss has been thoughtfully considered. The flooring acts as a unifying element, adding elegance and safety underfoot.
