ServoFine F 333
Description
Cement-based patching and smoothing compound with very fine grain and high polymer content. Whilst priming is generally not required, superior bonding is achieved when the surface is primed using Kiesel Okatmos EG20 or Okatmos DSG.
For application without liquid additives on different kinds of substrates: old tiles, terrazzo, wood, screed, raw concrete floors, well prepared adhesive residues and alike. Provides a very fine grain for a true featheredge for easy skim coating and patching of indents, holes, cracks and uneven areas. Ideal for height transitions and to repair thresholds and pedestals.

- Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be dry, clean and sound. Mechanically remove any oil based or loose products. The existing substrates be prepared as per AS1884 and meet the requirements for moisture control and Planeness, Smoothness and Abrupt Surface Deviation. Levelling compounds may be part of the solution to achieve these requirements. When in doubt contact Polyflor Technical Department on 1800 777 425.
Existing adhesive residues must be tested that they are not water-soluble and do not react with the new flooring adhesive. The new covering material shall not allow the bleed through of cutback adhesive residues.
- Processing
Use clean cool water to mix ServoFine F 333 smoothly with an electric mixer at approx. 600 RPM. Apply with leveling trowel. Apply sufficient pressure for smooth application of the compound and to fill all defects and indents. Without the need of priming or liquid additives ServoFine F 333 has no minimum thickness. Even the thinnest layer will cure. Cut edges after approx. 20 - 30 minutes or smoothen with moist leveling trowel if necessary.
Avoid direct sun exposure and draught during the curing process.
A test in a small area prior to application is recommended.
