The speculative office fit-out was designed and built to attract potential tenants. The design brief was to create a calm and serene environment that had a coastal and scandi aesthetic. We wanted to create a space that was soothing and that would provide solace to the staff as they returned back to the office after working from home during lockdown. 

The refurbished interiors have been transformed the building into high quality and modern work spaces which are generously proportioned and feature contemporary textures, patterns and colours that are also sensitive to the heritage fabric.
